Allergy, asthma and clinical immunology

Our specialists provide expert care for children and adults with allergies, asthma and related problems. Services include allergy testing, education and treatment options that are right for you, including allergy shots. 


Anticoagulation Clinic

Our specialists work with patients who take anticoagulants, which are blood thinners like warfarin. Blood thinners help keep clots from forming in the veins and arteries. Our focus is on helping you stay on the right dose of blood thinners, now and in the future.

Our cardiologists (heart specialists) are experts in preventing, identifying and treating heart conditions of all kinds. They use the latest in equipment and technological advances, helping them care for even the most complex conditions.


Care Advantage Program (CAP)

The CAP team works closely with you and your doctors. Services include meetings with a nurse, medication review and making sure you get the right care at the right time. The team will also help you create a personalized care plan focused on helping you stay healthy. 

Colon and rectal surgery

All of our colon and rectal surgeons specialize in treating conditions from hemorrhoids to cancer of the colon, rectum and anus. Services include screenings, diagnostic tests and minimally invasive surgery. 


Corneal disease and surgery

Corneal disease refers to a wide range of conditions that can affect the cornea, the clear outer layer of the eye. Our cornea surgeon diagnoses and provides treatment for these conditions, which include infections, dry eye, diseases and structural problems.


Cosmetic services

A number of our doctors and clinical staff offer cosmetic services that can help you look and feel your best. These range from nonsurgical treatments, such as removing hair and wrinkles, to plastic surgery procedures of all kinds.

Diagnostic imaging

Imaging exams like X-rays are a critical part of patient care. They help doctors find and treat injuries, diseases and disorders of all kinds. Our department uses only state-of-the-art digital imaging, which provides clear images almost instantaneously. 



Ear, nose and throat

Our ear, nose and throat (ENT) physicians specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of head and neck conditions. They care for a wide range of concerns, from ear and sinus diseases to cancer. ENTs are also known as otolaryngologists.



Endocrinology is the study of hormones and medical conditions related to them. Hormones control energy level, growth, ability to respond to stress and more. Our specialists see adults with a wide range of hormone disorders, including diabetes and thyroid problems. 




Gastroenterologists are doctors who specialize in diagnosing and treating digestive orders. The digestive system absorbs food and delivers nutrients to the body. If you have digestive problems of any kind, our specialists can help. 


General surgery

Several of our eye specialists are experts in glaucoma and cataracts, which can be serious. They use the latest in technology to diagnose and treat problems as early as possible. Treatments range from eye drops and laser procedures to minimally invasive surgery.  



Hand therapy

We use our hands all the time, so it’s easy to injure them. If you’ve injured one or both of your hands, our certified hand therapists can help. They’ll work closely with you to help improve strength, function and range of motion.  



Our oncology and hematology specialists offer proven treatments, support and follow-up care for patients with a wide range of cancers and noncancerous blood disorders. They also bring together a team of specialists to deliver your care. 

Hereditary cancer risk

Our Hereditary Cancer Risk Clinic works with patients who may have a higher chance of developing certain types of cancer because it runs in their family. Knowing your cancer risk improves your chances of not getting cancer or finding it early. 



Infusion center

We have several on-site infusion centers that offer intravenous (IV) services. IVs deliver fluids that contain medication or other treatments directly into a patient’s vein. IV treatments include chemotherapy, antibiotics and hydration.


Laboratory services

Our services are available to The Polyclinic, doing business as Optum Care Washington, patients. Patients of Optum Care Washington, formerly The Everett Clinic, must go to one of their labs for services.


Lifestyle and metabolic medicine

Our care team helps patients lose weight and make important health improvements. They do this by helping patients make food and lifestyle changes that support good health. They also work with patients with metabolic disorders like diabetes. 


Lipid clinic

Our lipid clinic does complete heart risk assessments. The goal is to reduce your chances of having a heart attack or other heart problem. The clinic also offers advanced lab tests, diet and exercise guidance, and education and support.



Memory loss and caregiver support

Our specialized care team is ready to give you or your loved one memory loss care. We also offer caregiver support.

Mohs surgery

Mohs is a special surgical procedure used to treat different types of skin cancer. It’s done in stages, all in one visit, while you wait. In many cases, it offers the highest chances of a cure — up to 99%. Several of our surgeons have advanced training in Mohs surgery.


Musculoskeletal medicine

Our musculoskeletal medicine group is made up of providers from different Optum Care Washington specialties. All see patients who have problems that affect the spine and limbs. They’ll get to the source of your concern and create a treatment plan to help you feel better. 




Nephrologists are doctors who specialize in kidney care. They provide diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases. These include the conditions that kidney disease can lead to, such as diabetes. All of our doctors are board certified in nephrology. 



Neurology is a medical specialty that deals with problems of the brain and nervous system. Our neurologists are experts in this area and provide treatment for a wide range of neurological diseases and conditions. 


Nutrition education

The dieticians at our Washington Madison Center and Northgate Plaza locations are food and nutrition experts. They’ll help you find a way of eating that improves your health and quality of life. Services include guidance about weight loss, cholesterol and diabetes.



Obstetrics and gynecology

The doctors in our obstetrics and gynecology (ob/gyn) group specialize in women’s health. They provide guidance and care to support you throughout all stages of life, from preventive care and birth control to pregnancy, menopause and beyond. 


Oncology and hematology

Our oncology and hematology specialists offer proven treatments, support and follow-up care for patients with a wide range of cancers and noncancerous blood disorders. They also bring together a team of specialists to deliver your care. 


Our ophthalmologists are medical doctors who specialize in eye and vision care. They provide treatment for a broad range of eye conditions. These include blurred vision, dry eye, diabetes-related problems, glaucoma and cataracts.



Our orthopedic surgeons care for injuries and diseases that affect the spine, bones and muscles. When possible, they use nonsurgical treatments like physical therapy. Surgical options include both traditional and minimally invasive surgery, which uses tiny incisions.

Kelley-Ross Pharmacy offers medication and specialty services as well as over-the-counter products. It’s conveniently located at our Madison Center location. This allows you to pick up your prescription right after you see your doctor.

Our rehabilitation physicians are nerve, muscle and bone experts. They treat injuries or illnesses that affect how you move. They care for problems from sore shoulders to spinal cord injuries. Their goal is to help you return to an active, pain-free lifestyle. 


Physical therapy

Physical therapists are movement experts. If an injury or illness keeps you from moving normally, our physical therapists can help. Their goal is to reduce pain, make it easier for you to do daily tasks and improve your quality of life.


Plastic surgery
