We work with nearly every major insurance company in the region. But please confirm with your health insurer that your specific plan includes The Polyclinic. This will help make sure there are no surprises about your coverage or any costs to you.

- What hospitals are included in my network?
- What are my copays for primary and specialty care visits?
- What preventive care services or wellness visits are covered?
- Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor to see a specialist?
