Overview
Philosophy of care
My philosophy emphasizes a genuine concern for each individual's well-being. I prioritize listening carefully and explaining things clearly while applying my knowledge to provide evidence-based care. This ensures that treatment is both compassionate and informed.
I offer comprehensive endocrinology care, specializing in the treatment of diabetes, thyroid disorders, pituitary and adrenal conditions, bone and calcium disorders, hypogonadism, and obesity.
I pursued medicine to connect with people and solve health challenges that impact their quality of life. The field of endocrinology allows me to build meaningful relationships while managing hormonal disorders, ultimately helping patients achieve better health.

Agi, the time spent of about 20 mins became obvious to me. With a high degree of attention and explanation being done, for a new issue.I assume this is pressure from a source of insurance etc.

This clinician should have read my chart to note that I have short term memory loss. Recommending a drug that I need a Narcan-like substance to reverse, shows me that she just wants to throw me on a bandwagon with everyone else. If I forget and overdose on this medication ( because I take it more than the prescribed amount) I can actually die. Imagine no one else is around and I take this medicine unknowingly more than I should. I start to react and don't remember how to fix myself with this pen! I'm dead. I don't believe Samantha has my best interest at heart at all. I think this is an attempt to prescribe Mounjaro to another patient at any cost. I don't want to visit this clinician again. And I refuse to take Mounjaro. I would like to stay on my humulin. Since I already know how to take this. Read my chart please and don't just abruptly change my meds without consulting my caretaker who knows what I am capable of as far as self administering my meds.

Dr. Sovich appears to be more interested in my lab results than how I feel. She is also quick to attribute symptoms she can't explain to non-endocrine medical conditions rather than accepting that my symptoms are abnormal In her experience and committing to work with me on resolving them.

Fantastic level of engagement, reassurance, and information. Great at checking in as she went with the explanation to gauge level at which to give details. Fantastic experience.
