The diagnostic test he did was traumatic to me and felt like it tore my fissure more. He used too much pressure and was not empathetic to how much pain I have been in all month

The doctor was excellent. Patient, informative and knowledgeable about all of my options. Not his fault, but I was surprised my history wasn't available from a technology standpoint. I was a new patient, but my medical history should have been available on MyChart via Overlake, Swedish or Mayo Clinic.

FYI:As someone who has a vested interest in improving health care in this country, I am curious as to why you continue to send me survey after survey. I think Optum's great - with the exception of Dr Gladstone! But you should really be focused on the naysayers of Optum. You need to focus on the bad surveys to improve your care not just your numbers. If you are worth anything, Press Ganey - help Optum excel.

Dr. Wallin is a great listener. Made me feel at ease instantly. The most comfortable exam I've had and I've already recommended Dr. Wallin to multiple friends.

This clinician was way more high-powered than I really needed, but he treated me as if I was his sole concern. And the simple advice he gave me helped me immensely.
