Just an hour ago Paula was answering a question I had via MyChart. Being after hours I didn't expect an answer til tomorrow but she was still working to answer me at 10:30 PM. Amazing

They were unable to find the correct date of my last exam in my transferred records. I feel that Paula just clicks through the requirements; I don't feel any type of connection which I have had with the majority of my past providers.

Paula Smith was wonderful. I have no complaints about Paula. However, I do realize the standards are set by Medicare. I have served the community as an RN for over 40 yrs. How is an annual physical done virtually? Shame on Medicare. No one even listened to my heart and lungs. Many preventable diseases are caught in annual exams. It feels like now that I am old it no longer matters.
