After Visit showed medication list, but not discussed during session. Where do I find ketorolac ACULAR, and why or when should I take it?

My visit with Dr. Bhaskar also started off strangely. She entered the room without knocking (she just opened the sliding door), which I've never experienced in my time at doctor's offices. Not a big deal, but felt disrespectful and lacking courtesy. During my eye appointment, Dr. Bhaskar also touched my face with her bare hands without first washing her hands or using hand sanitizer before the exam or after typing notes on the laptop. She pulled out a long q-tip before the exam, so I was shocked that she actually used her bare, unclean hands to touch my face at points during the same. She did use hand sanitizer after the exam, but... Great? This communicated to me that she had little respect for me as her patient and my safety concerns.
