Overview
Philosophy of care
I aim to understand each patient's individual needs and goals and then work together to create a unique plan to meet those goals. I believe that health is more than the absence of injury or illness, and I focus on attaining optimal wellbeing of each person as a whole.
I strive to help patients live active, healthy, happy lives. My love for science and patient care led me to a career in medicine. My passion for being physically active and adventurous further led me into sports medicine and orthopedics.
When I am out of office, you can find me attempting to invent new recipes, exploring the outdoors, lifting weights, spending time with family and crossing places off my must-see-travel bucket list.

Bone X-ray done at urgent care was supposedly in my chart, but could not be accessed. Isabelle will pursue and get back to me.

I was born with hip dysplasia, I have lived and worked with it all my life, I need help with pain and physical therapy, and the spinal stiosis is result of drunk driver hitting me 47 years ago, I know about pain, I needed help with non narcotic pain , so can continue to care for myself at 69 years old, but she refused to help me AND DECIDED SHE WOULD NOT GIVE ME ANOTHER APPOINTMENT UNTIL I GOT MY A1c down, which was the result of a heart medication that would take 3 months to clear so they could retest, if she had looked into my heart attack maybe she would not need to be so judgmental about things she did not know .

Isabelle Lovato showed great care and concern for me. I was grateful for her depth and breadth of experience and treatment choices and possible routes we could take depending on how I responded to treatments along the way. She really cares!!

The clinician was not qualified to perform surgery on my injury, which I was not informed about previously. I consider the visit to be a waste of my time, resources and a major delay to my needed care. When I was referred to a non-Optum surgeon by this office, the surgeon did not take my health insurance, and was not part of Providence-Swedish, the normal (or previous?) partner to Polyclinic.

She was particularly thorough, concerned and thoughtful about a relatively minor injury

I have given Optum a list of my previous physicians, to get information from them on my conditions. It appears though I truly do not know that nobody's been contacted. This seems ill Advised.
