PT was not informed about the fracture that happened during surgery. Since Optum chose to have the surgery performed at the Seattle Surgery Center, no information (at all) was in myChart. The PT had no access to it. I believe this lack of information led to a few incorrect conclusions on his part.

From the very first visit Daniel had read my physical therapy history, injuries, and knew it well. He takes the time to listen, is very caring and wants to make sure what he recommends does not cause further injury and is effective in helping to cure the problem. He always thinks of ways to alleviate the pain and strengthen the muscles and joints to ensure the problem not only goes away but doesn't come back. He makes sure I am involved in deciding what works best for me given the options. I always come away feeling like I am on the path to recovery and by continuing to do the given exercises, I always am. It is time well spent and of such value.

I learned a lot about how to improve the flexibility of the affected areas and how to reduce the pain in the process. The instructions were excellent and easy to follow.

Your Physical Therapy department is very well run. But getting into it is generally at least 3 weeks or more. Not acceptable.

I was very pleased with how he listened to me and how he explained what and why I would be doing my therapy.

Clinician had received my doctor's referral info, but did not have access to my primary care MyChart in order to see my medical records from the referring primary care doctor's clinic.

He was very rushed trying to get through all the appointment in a limited amount of time. He should be given more time to work with his clients.
