Philosophy of care
Care starts with listening to the patient's concerns and goals. Then I explain the diagnosis and recommended treatment plan in an easily understood manner. Treating the patient with respect and personalizing the approach based on their hobbies and interest is paramount

Young enjoys being able to contribute to people living a healthier and active lifestyle. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, golf, boating, fishing and hiking.
