  • No. Optum doesn't own Optum Care Washington, PLLC or The Polyclinic, PLLC. The businesses are remaining physician-owned group practices. Our medical groups have the expertise, experience and dedication to create excellent, personalized experiences for you, our valued patients and our communities.

    We’ve been a part of Optum for several years and will continue to be locally led. Optum provides services such as administrative support, business systems solutions, technical infrastructure as well as new ways to provide care.

  • Yes. Your relationship with your doctor and other medical providers will not change. You’ll see the same great staff and providers when you come to our clinic locations. Our relationship with you and our focus on your health remains the same.

  • Right now, nothing. You can continue to rely on the same network of doctors and medical providers and get medical care at the same locations. Over the next several months, you will begin to see our transition to the Optum name and logo in all our clinics, on our websites and throughout all our communications.

    While, our name is changing to Optum, our focus on your health is stronger than ever.

  • In the short term, the access and services we provide you will remain the same. We won’t be changing any provider networks. Over time, we expect we’ll be adding to our product and service offering. For now, no changes are planned.

  • Yes, all health insurance plans currently accepted will still be accepted.

  • No, you don’t need to notify your insurance plan. We have done that for you already.

  • If your insurance card references The Everett Clinic or The Polyclinic on it, it will continue to be valid this year and accepted by your network of doctors. Some health insurance plans may issue an updated ID card in 2024, and others won’t until 2025. The timing on this will vary depending on the plan.

    Check with your insurance plan if you have questions.
