I am actively recommending both Dr Kulgren and Dr Zhou to friends and family members (as well as certain social media circles) for procedures, they both did a fantastic job at giving me all of the help and information I needed. I don't want children and unlike many practitioners, they never condescended, shamed me, or tried to make me second guess the choices I was making. They talked me through all of my options (even recommending things I hadn't considered), answered all of my questions, and ultimately validated and supported my decision.

Dr. Zhou is the best doctor I've ever had. She is attentive, thorough, compassionate and kind. She listens closely and is constantly thinking of how to improve patient care. She has gone out of her way to ensure I've received the best care. I have been her patient for 3 years and no other doctors I've had compare to her level of excellence. Optum is lucky to have such a phenomenal clinician.
