FACIAL COSMETIC SURGERY
Chin/cheek implants - These types of surgeries involve inserting an implant directly into either the mouth or chin. Ultimately the implant is positioned to develop better final facial proportions, reducing natural facial asymmetry. These implants should not affect the jaw line or bite.
Ear surgery (otoplasty) - Is performed to improve either the shape or positioning of ones ears. This surgery can correct ears that may protrude more than normal, repositioning them closer to the head or perhaps reduce the size of prominent ears.
Eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) - Eyelid surgery smoothes loose skin and diminishes “puffy” soft tissues to restore youthful eyelid contours.
Face/neck lift - A face and/or neck lift will tighten the skin on the face and neck. Surgery alleviates the signs of aging, tightening loose skin and sagging soft tissues to create a refreshed, toned, youthful appearance .
Forehead lift - Forehead lifts can help people look younger by smoothing deep creases in the forehead caused by stress or aging. It will also lift sagging eyebrows to create a less tired, more alert appearance.
Nasal surgery (rhinoplasty) - Nose surgery is for anyone who is self-conscious or concerned with the shape or overall size of their nose. This surgery will improve nasal appearance by correcting noses that may have a large hump, excessive width or unsatisfactory nose tip that are either too wide, boxy, drooping or too narrow.
BREAST SURGERY
Breast augmentation - Breast augmentation (breast implants) is one of the most common procedures performed by plastic surgeons today. This surgery increases the size of the breasts, adding fullness while maintaining softness and sensitivity. Women choose to undergo breast augmentation for various reasons. Some of the most common reasons include having varying sizes in breasts, experiencing a change in the breast shape due to pregnancy, breast feeding, or weight loss. Ultimately, this procedure will give a woman more proportional shape and may even improve ones self-image.
Breast lift - Breasts can gravitate with age and many women seek options to regain firmer breasts. A breast lift literally lifts and shapes sagging breasts for a more youthful appearance.
Breast reconstruction - Restores breast and nipple appearance following mastectomy for cancer. This surgery can also be done for a variety of breast deformities whether natural or resulting from prior surgery. Please download our Reconstruction Pamphlet to see more examples of our patients who have had breast reconstruction.
Breast reduction - Breast reduction can be performed on people suffering from overly large breasts often associated with back and shoulder pain and interferes with normal daily activities. After surgery, patients will have breasts proportioned to their body size and clothes will fit better.
BODY CONTOURING
Tummy Tuck (abdominoplasty) - Many people experience excess skin and fat around the lower abdomen, whether as a result of weight loss, pregnancy or perhaps in one's genetic make-up, this common procedure smoothes and tightens the abdominal area. Stretch marks in the navel area can also be improved with surgery.
Arm Lift (brachioplasty) - The natural process of aging can make the skin on the upper arm sag. Brachioplasty eliminates the extra skin under the arm producing a more youthful, toned arm.
Buttock/Thigh Lift - The skin of the buttock and thigh are areas of concern for many people. Having a lift suspends sagging soft tissues of the hips and legs following major weight loss and is often done in conjunction with abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).
Liposuction - This procedure can sculpt the body by removing unwanted fat. Liposuction typically removes stubborn areas of fat that do not respond to traditional weight-loss methods. Liposuction can be done either by a suction assisted fat extraction or by ultrasonic fat removal and can be integrated with other surgeries and services such as abdominoplasty.
SKIN REJUVENATION
Botox® - Botox® eliminates any unwanted muscle tension. This will relax and smooth the muscle, resulting in smoother, softer skin without wrinkles.
Fillers - Fillers such as collagen, Restylane® and Juvederm® are injected under the skin to restore volume and fullness to the skin to smooth moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds. Some fillers may also be used for lip enhancement.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Your initial consultation is scheduled with a surgeon, allowing up to an hour to review all aspects of contemplated surgery, frequently with pictures of prior similar cases to illustrate recovery and representative results of prior similar cases. Most cosmetic surgery is performed on an outpatient basis in our AAAASF accredited on-site surgical center where we maintain two private operating rooms. Experienced anesthesia and nursing staff are dedicated solely to our practice. We avoid use of inhalation (gas) based anesthetics and ventilators, preferring sophisticated regional and local anesthetics in combination with monitored sedatives (intravenously administered). Patients are fully asleep for the duration of surgery, but breathe on their own throughout and typically recover rapidly and comfortably, free of nausea, and are quickly able to return home once surgery is completed. Follow-up care is attentive and comprehensive. Surgeons are available 24 hours daily, including weekends, and calls are promptly taken at any time.
