Medical Director of Primary Care
The MDPCS will be instrumental in further positioning The Polyclinic as a high performing medical group by providing leadership for clinical quality and service excellence initiatives, leadership development, and strategic growth to diversify services. The MDPCS' priority will be to establish and execute the strategic vision to transform The Polyclinic's primary care delivery model by instituting a Primary Care Value Stream dedicated to improving patient access and quality of care while managing outcomes through evidence-based metrics.
Ideal candidates will be progressive physician executives knowledgeable and successful in establishing clinical best practices and care models and committed to achieving optimal health status, outcomes, decreasing costs, and promoting greater efficiency, effectiveness and affordability of care. Prior practice management, physician engagement and mentoring, and Continuing Process Improvement (Lean) experience is required as is a medical degree and current board certification. A master's degree is highly desirable.
Neurologist- Full Time

A board certified psychiatrist (0.5 FTE) to work in an independent, physician-owned, multi-specialty health center to provide psychiatric evaluations, treatment recommendations and medication management primarily for common psychiatric disorders in adults in the primary care setting. In this role, the psychiatrist would work closely with PCPs and specialists in providing co-located psychiatric care, as well as provide team-based behavioral health care with a full-time ARNP and MSW.
Vascular Surgery Program Director / Chief
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a large vascular program, or building and developing a program from the ground floor. The ability to coordinate various inter-related vascular and ancillary groups into a functional network is critical. Experience in directing or establishing a vascular fellowship program is desirable.
