Dozens of Polyclinic physician offices and medical services from around the First Hill neighborhood are consolidating care with a move to The Polyclinic Madison Center, a modern, centrally located nine-story building just east of I-5 at the corner of 7th and Madison.
To minimize inconvenience to patients, these moves are being spread over several weeks in April and May. Below is the planned schedule of moves, however unforeseen circumstances could affect this schedule, so please check back for any updates. The best way to know if and when your doctor is moving is to check his or her bio page on this site. It will indicate that doctor’s move status.
These moves only impact physician practices and services in the First Hill area. Our other clinics, including The Polyclinic Downtown, Northgate, Ballard, Sand Point and Jefferson Park are not affected by these moves.
