About The Polyclinic’s doctors

We have more than 160 doctors here, both primary care providers and specialists.  Primary care includes Internal Medicine for adults, Family Medicine for the entire family, and Pediatricians for kids.

Plus, we have specialists in almost every area of medicine – orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, gastroenterologists, cardiologists, and dozens more.  You may read about all of our specialties on this website.  Just go to the “Specialties and Services” tab and find the specialty in which you’re interested.  You may also read about the individual physicians in that field, their educations and areas of expertise.

Seeing a specialist at The Polyclinic

In general, we feel patients do best when they have a primary care provider who oversees and coordinates their care and refers them to a specialist when they need it.  If you need help finding a primary care provider, you can call us or go to the Find a Doctor button below.  If you don’t have a primary care provider, many of our specialists will still see you.  It’s best to call the specialist’s office and discuss your situation with the patient service representative.

Choosing a specialist

To choose a doctor, you may read about our specialists on our website to find one who you think fits you best, or you can call any of the doctors in that specialty and the patient services representative can talk to you about your needs.  You may want someone who has a special interest in your condition, speaks other languages, or many times a new patient will ask for the specialist who can see them soonest.

Making an appointment

If the specialist needs a referral from another doctor, wants to review imaging or lab work, or needs to review past medical records, the patient services representative will talk to you about this when you call.  If your primary care doctor is at The Polyclinic, be aware that we have electronic medical records so all of your doctors here have access to your medical history, medications, lab results, and any other medical information at their fingertips.

Keeping your primary care provider in the loop

Our specialists at The Polyclinic will work with you, your primary care provider, and medical colleagues to give you the best possible outcome.  This medical model of collaborative care is what sets The Polyclinic apart from many other providers.
