Education:
Dr. Johansen received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and his PhD in physiology/pharmacology from the University of California, San Diego. He completed his medical and surgery internship at the University of Rochester/Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York, and his surgery residency at the University of California, San Diego.
Special Interests:
Dr. Johansen provides care in all areas of vascular disease, with a special interest and involvement in thoracic outlet syndrome and amputation surgery.
Practice Philosophy:

Teaching Involvement:
Dr. Johansen is currently clinical professor of surgery at the University of Washington School of Medicine and has had numerous other teaching roles in the past.
