We want our patients to see their physician as soon as possible. Most Polyclinic offices are open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, but please check with your physician’s office to confirm.
To schedule an appointment please call your physician's office directly or the switchboard, 206-329-1760, can connect you.
New Patients can call 206-329-1777 to speak with a New Patient Representative who will help you choose a physician to meet your needs. Our lines are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Please click the "New Patient Appointment" button to email one of our New Patient Services representatives. Once you submit the required information, a representative will contact you within 24 hours to assist you with scheduling an appointment.
