The Polyclinic’s vascular surgery department added a third location to their practice with the acquisition of a long-standing local vascular practice. Dr. Michael Zammit, who practiced for more than 25 years in Seattle and Edmonds, recently moved to the Yakima area and arranged for his patients to continue care with The Polyclinic.
The Polyclinic Edmonds will operate out of the offices which Dr. Zammit previously occupied in order to continue accommodating patients in Edmonds and south Snohomish County. The office is located in the Edmonds Professional Center at 7315 212th Street SW, Suite 205, Edmonds, WA 98026. The office will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The phone number is (425) 775-1865, the fax number is (425) 775-1847.
The Polyclinic Edmonds location enables vascular surgeons to treat patients who find it convenient to visit a physician in the Edmonds area. Drs. Robert Kim, Jason Lee, Mai Pham, Swee Lian Tan and James Watson will each see patients in the new clinic, while maintaining their practices at Cherry Hill and First Hill in Seattle. Dr. Swee Lian Tan also will continue seeing patients in Sequim one Friday per month. Within a short period of time, The Polyclinic’s vascular surgery team will offer care at Stevens Hospital in addition to Swedish.
The Polyclinic vascular surgeons provide a full array of open and endovascular procedures, including vascular ultrasound lab services, dialysis access and vein interventions.
