The Polyclinic Northgate, our newest location, combined three separate smaller clinics (Greenlake, Wallingford and The Polyclinic at Northwest Outpatient Medical Center) into one larger, multi-specialty clinic. The new clinic now offers patients the same high-quality primary care as well as specialty care in the following areas: dermatology, ENT, urology, plastic surgery, gastroenterology, pulmonary, and general surgery. Our offices have free ample parking for patients.
