The Polyclinic Sleep Medicine Center is located in a separate building on the corner of Madison and Harvard Ave. behind the main Polyclinic building. During the day patients can park in the parking garage at 1145 Broadway and exit the main clinic from the first floor onto Harvard Ave., walk past Spring Street and the Sleep Center is in a red brick, 3-story building on the right hand side of the street.
